We only accept orders by Phone and Email (details below).
We do not require ANY financial information from you, nor do we ever see your credit-card information — we use PayPal to provide a secure checkout environment and accept all major forms of payment. We will send you a PayPal-generated invoice that includes a payment-link as well as details of your order for your records.
Most items we sell are custom designed solutions that do not fit a typical "shopping cart" model. As such, we work with you to make customizing and placing an order as easy as possible while ensuring a completely secure transaction. Please feel free to initiate an inquiry by Phone or Email — we are typically able to respond within 24hours even if we miss your call.
If initiating an order by Email, do not include any secure information (e.g., your credit-card number). If you reach our voicemail, leave your contact information details and we we will call you to complete the purchase by obtaining your invoicing contact-information to which our electronically-generated PayPal-based e-invoices are to be emailed. You can then expect a PayPal Invoice to arrive via Email and include a secure payment link and all details of your order.
