General FAQs
Q: What forms of Payment to you Accept?
A:
The following list details the types of payments we accept, as well as the expected
"clearing time" for payments to be certified as cleared and free of fraud. Regardless of the payment
method you use, we allow adequate time to ensure buyer legitimacy and payment validity prior to shipping
our products. We apologize for any inconvenience our credit-card-fraud prevention and other
payment-default prevention methods incur, but these methods allow us to prevent risk and maintain our
competitiveness.
We ship as soon as your payment is confirmed valid.
- PayPal: immediately upon PayPal Verification — for established PayPal users that
use PayPal Balances for Instant Payment, this usually means same day. For new PayPal users,
there may be a couple day delay as you complete your PayPal setup.
- Credit-Cards: 1-2 days for Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express credit card
payments; we use PayPal's Checkout System for processing and validating Credit-Card payments.
- Debit-Cards & E-Checks: We have noticed that PayPal's Checkout System treats at least
some debit-card payments as an "Electronic Check" for clearing purposes, and as such this
increases the validation period to approximately 5 business days.
- Cash: Immediate (though, we do not recommend sending cash through the mail unless you are
willing to take the risk)
- Checks / Money-Orders / Bank-Checks: As soon as our Bank clears them (3-10 days
typically).

Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?
A:
Intersoft Development, Inc. (d.b.a. "MV4T.com" and/or "SureTalent") is physically located in the State
of Texas (Harris County).
Thus, for shipments/sales to locations within Texas, we are legally obligated to collect Sales Tax.
For those of you
inside Texas, the sales tax rate is currently 8.25%.
In addition, our tax-crazed Texas lawmakers have expanded sales tax to include Shipping and Handling
charges!
(Sorry. Please feel free to call your Texas State representative or senator to complain.)
If a purchase is delivered to a location outside Texas, we neither charge nor collect sales
tax.
Q: Do you sell products Internationally (outside USA)?
A:
Due to the complexity and costs of Currency Conversion, International Shipping, and Customs regulations
(especially limitations on exported computing power and cryptography / encryption technologies), we
currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Hardware FAQs
Q: Do you offer both Intel and AMD Processors in your computers?
A:
We currently sell only Intel-based solutions as we have the most hands-on experience with these CPUs,
and we feel they are most likely to remain the optimal future-proof solution given the long-term
stability and solid financial foundation and resources that Intel has at their disposal.
Q: Do you offer both ATI and Nvidia GPU / Graphics Processors in your computers?
A:
We currently sell only Nvidia-based GPUs and graphics-processors as we feel Nvidia offers the best
GPU-computing platform (with CUDA) and we also have the most hands-on experience with these GPUs. We
understand that some people may desire alternate graphics options, and you can certainly add whatever
card(s) or GPUs you desire to your systems, but we only sell Nvidia-based solutions currently. We
suggest that you first research the power-requirement of any card(s) you plan to install in a system and
make sure that their physical size, slot requirements, wattage-profile (and heat profile) all fit within
the specifications of your hardware and power supply.
